A Ray of Sunshine
In a time of uncertainty, this book brings hope, challenge, joy and a sense of purpose.
"The
Shack
" was recommended to me by a trusted friend who said, "You need to read this book - you may be uncomfortable sometimes, but keep reading..." She was right.
Are you feeling that the world is out of control? Do you wish you had answers? Is there bitterness, anger or a hole in your life? I can't guarantee that this book will "fix it" - but if your heart is seeking, you may find something that will lead you to your "heart's desire".
It is my belief that every person of faith should consider the words of this book - it's a treasure.

A Novel about God
This is a novel, about the personality and character of God, not a theology book. It's a wonderful story about Mac (Mackenzie) and a horrific experience that he's had in his life. He is angry with God, and wants justice and revenge. All of us as humans have been there at some point as well. This is a great story that one individual wrote for his family, and has exploded all over the Christian scene. If you are struggling with God, or just want to read a good story, this book is wonderful!
It is changing my life!
This book has touched me deeply, in forgotten areas that I found uncomfortable to visit. A relationship with God, the understanding of Jesus...
I feel the need to re-read this book several times to truly understand and incorporate it into my life.
I sincerely recommend to everyone!

The Shack by William Young
Phenomenal story, puts a whole new light on eternity and the here and now and helps those who are hurting due to the evil Satan causes in our lives to gain perspective in dealing with those hurts.
A thought-provoking, powerful book
This book will certainly challenge your beliefs, and may even change your relationship with God. Well written and engaging, it is a much-needed balm for hurts caused by religion and religious, legalistic people. It changed how I view God, and reminded me of what a relationship with God is supposed to be. I highly recommend this book.
