Makes SO much sense...
It is refreshing to have MD's publish a book this useful and insightful. Mainstream allopathic medicine has failed so many women in this regard in particular, to say
not
hing of the drug companies. Here is a gentle, common sense approach that works with the body instead of against it. As someone who's suffered for several years
from
adrenal fatigue (also a failure of mainstream medicine for diagnosis and treatment), to read of the connection between estrogen dominance and adrenal drain resonated immediately. There is not a thing in this book that goes against a woman's intuition
about
her own health; there is an instinctive wisdom that can't help but be beneficial. NOTE: Too much of anything isn't good, and the book addresses this as well. Bad side effects are not a failing of natual pregesterone creams, but "operator error." Work either with a naturopath or
doctor
well-informed on integrative or holistic medicine if
you
have any concerns.
I am about to order more copies for my female friends and family members. This information is too valuable to be missed.
