The Testament

Superior book as are all Grisham novels. This has an unusual twist and a truly rewarding ending that made me feel good. A fast read that kept me enthused from start to finish.

A Real Page Turner

The Testament, by John Grisham is a story about a multi-billionaire named Troy Phelan. He is preparing his last will and testament for his family. His family consists of three ex wives, and five childrens. Basically he can not stand any of them. Upon Troy's death, the only people who know about what is in his will are two lawyers. One of those lawyers is fresh out of rehab and sent out to look for one of the heirs in the swamps of Brazil. This book was very hard to put down. Grisham had twists and turns throughout the book. If you have never read one of his books, this is a great place to start.

Very entertaining

I enjoyed this book very much. It was fast paced, very descriptive, had interesting characters, held my attention throughout, and it had lots of drama. My kind of novel.

A page turner

This book was a departure from the books I would normally buy. I am glad I took that detour. The book was hard to put down in that the story line and plot were extremely well developed and the book was very thought provoking.
