Bond and Beyond
This is an outstanding
James
Bond
Book. Great for the holidays. It should be on everybody's list.
Excellent Bond
This book is better than I expected. I thought it would just cover the movie
Bond
. I was pleasantly surprised to find that is compares things in the movies to the books. Plus it goes into the charecters and devices showing the real to imagined. A great book for any Bond fan.
A Very Detailed Book For The Very Detailed Movies & Characters
This look at the world of 007 is great! I recently finished my
Bond
movie collection and now i own all the EON production (official) movies. I saw this at the book store and had to have it. It works as a great reference guide to all the movies and also has great insights on all the characters, gadgets, and vehicles. The best part about the book are all the great pictures (especially of the Bond women) and the great detail. If you are even just a casual fan that would like to learn more about the world of 007 this book is for you! Thanks for the wonderful book, Mr. Cork & Mr. Stutz!

Excellent Coffee Table Book for the Hardcore Fan
Got this excellent book for Xmas. It takes a very interesting approach to clasifying the actors, characters, gadgets, etc of all the
Bond
films including Casino Royale. What it adds to other books of this type is the behind the scenes info unique to each film, some tidbits I knew of, and much I did not. Great photos, superior quality publication. Definitely a must for the serious fan of Bond.
A Delight For Hardcore Fans of 007
Purchase this
encyclopedia
ONLY if you're a hardcore fan of the official
James
Bond
film series. You should pass on this if you're strictly a casual fan. I'm a hardcore fan but I haven't really read this encyclopedia yet (I've flipped through it though) because it's a reference book not a reading book. That is why it's a waste of money for casual fans that can use the Internet when in need of a description of a Bond character, car, gadget, etc.
This is a high quality book with great pictures and information. However, it sometimes gets too cute. For example, it claims Michael G. Wilson has only played one character in all of the films he's appeared in. It says he's an "unnamed foreign agent" that wears a different disguise in every film. This explanation is corny, as we all know Michael G. Wilson's appearances are simply cameos and require no explanation.
