It Works!
It's not so much the book, but the
diet
. The book is an easy read that answers all your questions about the diet. Also I found the exercise program very helpful. As a construction worker and a parent on the go all the time I found the meals were hard to prepare. You need to adapt to the foods allowed and not allowed group. Overall...it works. I have been on this diet for one month and have lost over 20 lbs. And I find that I am very seldom hungry.

THIS WORKED! My husband did it and lost a lot of
weight
(about 25 pounds, I think). The thing that impressed me is that he was able to EAT while he was on the
diet
. My husband LOVES FOOD. Seriously. He loves to think about food, he loves to make food, he loves to look at food and he loves to EAT. If he can do this diet and STILL ENJOY FOOD (which he did), then anyone can.
Only problem: when he doesn't stick to it, he gains weight back very quickly. It needs to be a
life
style choice and not something that you do for just one month.

I ORDERED THIS BOOK AND THE EXERCISE DVD THAT GOES WITH IT BECAUSE I HAD THE OLDER BOOK AND WANTED AN UPDATED VERSION AND THE ADDED EXERCISE DVD. I HONESTLY ONLY SKIMMED THROUGH IT BUT IT SEEMS JUST AS GOOD AS THE OLDER BOOK WITH SOME MORE RECIPES AND THE EXERCISE DVD SEEMS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW.
