INSPIRING

Having watched the show the last two seasons and enjoying familiarity with the persons in the book has helped me tremendously. I have lost 15 pounds since purchasing, reading and implementing the tools in this book, I have plenty more to go and intend to coninue to use the tools in this book. I don't think it would have made as big an impression had I not been a Biggest Loser viewer..that makes a difference to be sure...but if you are a viewer and want to lose weight the BL way...this book is terrific!

A good book. I'm buying all of the biggest loser books. Because I watched it on TV.

Great book! A Must-Have!

If you are in the life process of making your life healthier, definitely get this book. Get inspirational stories from BL participants, and feel MOTIVATED! Great book!

Biggest Loser Success Secrets... not so secret

while I loved the show, I didn't think this book held anything worth reading that most people don't already know. I guess its ok for a glace when you are bored but can't focus on reading something at the moment. I love amazon and the sellers who sell used books are great on here too. if you buy this book, I think a used one is the way to go.
