It Saved My Uterus

This book is easy to read and pertinent to any woman experiencing health problems due to pre-menstrual symptoms. After reading two chapters of this book I cancelled my scheduled hysterectomy. I am following the authors' lifestyle change recommendations and feeling better. I will keep it as a reference manual.

What your doctor may not tell you about the premenopause

I found this book to be an excellent guide to why i have felt cold for a week every month since i reached the age of 35 and also why my patience were so low at the same time. Every Doctors should have a copy of this book as there is so much in it that i dont think they are even aware of. Excellent, informative and every women when they reach 30+ should be aware of this book.

It isn't "all in your head" Read this book & learn SO much!!

This book and another, Natural Hormone Balance, are two of the biggest reasons I started my own web site to help other people make safer consumer choices. I have had "mysterious" medical problems since I was a teenager and no doctor ever - EVER - thought to check my hormones. I knew there was something different, something not quite right. I finally found a doctor who agreed! He decided to check my hormones and asked me to read up on the subject so I could learn more about my body and together we could make good decisions. My life has changed! And I'm only 39 - so many doctors told me I was "too young" for hormone problems even though many of the signs of dominance/deficiency are as plain as day in my medical history. If you're concerned about product safety, or chemicals and hormones in our food and our environment, do some research at www.ahealthylifeshop.com and http://ahealthylife.blogspot.com You'll be better educated and perhaps industry will respond as more and more consumers demand safer choices.

Buy it! Read it!!!

Great information for women of all ages even if you don't have health issues. An absolute necessity if you do.

Should be required reading for every 35+ year old woman

'What Your Doctor May Not Tell You' is a good book, while covering many of the commonly discussed aspects of premenopause, shines in two areas. First, they go into vivid detail on the emotional and spiritual aspects of premenopause. Second, they discuss the dangers of xenohormones, particularly in hormone-treated meat (which is increasingly difficult to avoid unless you pay attention where you shop).
