I can attest to the powerful examples of Christ demonstrated in this book! I have made a 180 degree change in the way that lead people in my life. It's not all about me, and I realize that now. Being a leader means being someone who is willing to put others before self. Being a leader means responsibility for those you are leading. This is a must read!
