I first was introduced to the concepts in this book on a PBS special. I thought wow, she is talking about me! I got the book and page after page made sense. What is really helpful is the menu planning and the charts, etc...

One of the great books

This book is not only informative, but entertaining. The drawings are a hoot. The humor along with the information made this book a good read. It was uplifting. I found myself smiling while I was reading. I highly recommend reading this book cover to cover.

Wow!...

This book has way more info than I expected. It reminds me in some aspects of the medical books my mom used to study for her nursing degree, with all the diagrams and such. Am very pleased with this purchase, and it will be placed very prominently in our holistic health library
