Tremendous Value

I hesitated buying this product... I know and use EFT, have been trained in Reconnective Healing, and teach yoga - I didn't think there would be a whole lot here to help me that could be put into a box.

How wrong I was - this is loaded with fabulous insight and information presented in a clear, concise, and usable format. Excellent value.

This is the most comprehensive, easy to use and understand information I have come across in the energy therapy field. I have read and viewed many books and DVD's on this subject and this is the best in my experience. Donna gives so very much of herself and of her experience and training and the cost is minimal! I recommend this kit to everyone, whether you are a new to this information or a seasoned practitioner of energetic therapies. This information is valuable for everyone who wishes to keep themselves and their loved ones healthy, alert, and happy. One can and should use the exercises demonstrated here each and every day just to stay balanced and well. I am amazed at the amount of information and I appreciate the joy with which it is offered. Best investment in information on our energy and how the body can heal itself. I truly admire Donna Eden for sharing her wealth of knowledge. I make constant references to the cards, use the crystal, CD and thoroughly enjoyed the DVD. It was well worth the price.

This kit comes with a DVD, CD, booklet, crystal, and instruction cards - so you have different ways to get the information into your head and start using it right away. It all stores nicely in a well-made box. And it is a lot of good information; no skimping here and it is not an infomercial. A great teacher, Donna comes across as very caring and I think she proves it by giving us this tremendous value.

This Stuff Works!

I think this book is so valuable. Trying out the energy exercises I found they really do make a big difference very quickly. She also teaches you how to test and empower yourself in very simple easy ways. I totally recommend this Kit if you want to say goodbye to stress and hello to feeling great!
