Everyone must read this book!

Since receiving this book in the mail only a few weeks ago, I have read it cover to cover, highlighted and underlined key ideas, and referred back to it dozens of times. The author writes in a simple, yet entertaining tone using lots of humorous metaphors. The information about the foods we eat it priceless, the recipes are easy and delicious, and the food guide for eating out has come in handy already. I've even changed my regular workout schedule to accomodate the one suggested. I feel like I am now in the best shape of my life. This book has everything! I have already recommended it to several friends and family members.

Best smoothie recipes

i'm am a big fan of all of the abs diet books but this one is one of my favorites! i have the hardest time when it comes to the food part of a diet and exercise program and this book has so many wonderful and new recipes in it that it gave me the opportunity to really change up my menu and stick to the program. the best part of this book to me is all of the smoothie recipes!! i love using smoothies as a meal suppliment and these recipes are so good and easy to make!!

The Perfect Diet

This diet is so easy to follow! There are plenty of different foods to choose from so it's not restrictive and doesn't get boring. Plus the recipes in the book are super easy to make (trust me, I'm domestically challenged and I can still do it). And who doesn't like to eat six times a day? I give it a big thumbs up. It's working for me!


Great reference but repetitive

This book again has great info in it, it does however repeat everything from the Abs Diet book. I just wish it was smaller to really make it easier to keep with you. It could have done without reiterating all the Abs Diet info and sticking to the "eat this, not that" kind of info, and helpful grocery tips.
