Great fun, good information, easy to read -- I loved it
After seeing
this
good-looking author on the Today Show (where has he gone to lately?) several times and being impressed with his presentation and style, I picked up his book, Eat This
Not
That
. It's really great -- who would know that chicken sandwiches
can
be so BAD for
you
and that the Blooming Onion is a sure road to early death? Great illustrations/photos -- easy to "digest" information. And yes, you can make healthy or at least healthier choices in chain and fast
food
restaurants. Made me much
more
aware of the hidden calories, and as he writes, the food industry doesn't exist to make healthy meals but to sell us cheap, delicious food that will keep us coming back for more -- good, bad, or worse!
