er, so I was looking for information that would allow me to accomplish my goal and yet not be too restrictive. It gave a variety of foods to eat and also stated why these foods were good for flattening

belly. It gave me a new way to eat and not just diet. It also gave exercises that could be done in the privacy of your home. Also the type and frequecy of the exercise was given.
