Practical Wisdom

I encourage every person who would like healing of any kind to buy Soul Mind Body Medicine, use the practices and receive the benefits. This book is full of spiritual wisdom and truly practical. I have personally used the methods in this book to successfully alleviate and (usually) eliminate pain, boost energy, accelerate healing time and improve the functioning (especially walking) of my 94-year-old mother. We have also used the meditation and chanting practices which have had both physical and emotional benefits, calming emotions, reducing stress and decreasing blood pressure as much as 40 points within 10 minutes. It is exceptionally useful and has been a very valuable addition to our lives.
