Funiest movie sence Ace Ventura!

LAUGHTER FROM THE END TO THE BEGINING! WATCH THIS MOVIE! Jim Carry Finds a mask and turns him to a cartoon character. Funny parts was when he fist came in town with the mask! when came to the cocko bongo club and he's messing with gang members whon came and attack! His Date with Diaz's Character. He act's like a french Citizen! And the dance see where he's dancing with the cops. i wish could get away doing that!

Good comedy

The Mask was a very funny film.
People say it has a thin script and they are right.
But the film is super funny and good special effects pardon the script.
One other thing is, I can't figure out what it's
rated PG-13 for?
There is some violence kissing and language but,
I just can't see the PG-13.

The DVD re-release is nice, but still lacking.

When a movie as big as "The Mask" is re-released, you might be expecting more. The same 2 deleted scenes from the first DVD, and 2 new featurettes. The featurettes are great, but the UK DVD from 1997 still has more to offer.

According to director Chuck Russell, there were a few alternate endings shot for "The Mask". However, New Line couldn't take the time to scour the vaults to add them to this special edition.

The DVD cover art is cheesy in the sense that New Line tried to parallel this original "Mask" release along side with "Son of the Mask". Now both "The Mask" and "Son of the Mask" covers are based around clouds and a Pee Wee Herman theme.

"Mask"'s menu's are cheesy and still in need of a more modernized DVD experience... not much of an improvement from the last release, except from the addition of music from the "The Mask"'s Animated Series.

Putting aesthetic value aside and focusing on the digitally enhanced movie itself and the features it does offer, the DVD is a worthwhile buy.

this is when jim carrey knew how to be really funny ,1 of the coolest films ever

this is one of my favorite jc's film it was creative and energetic filled with laughs throughout the whole movie it also features cameron diaz who had my heart when i was younger i thought she was really hot at the time and that's what also made me enjoy this film because of her being in it in da movie jim carrey had a stupid dog who always tried to get him in trouble for his crimes of being the mask there is some many interesting things that went on in the film it is a little dramatic at times but that was ok it made the film better i like the part when jim carrey was fight cameron diaz's boyfriend n da casino and he punch him in the face like 25 times and the man still had enough to hit him back, i also like when j c was the mask and dance with cameron diaz while the boyfriend was going crazy his look of watching his girlfriend dance with the mask was great
