Love it!
We use this
waf
fle
iron
a lot! It makes making
waffle
s easier because you can do so many at a time. The only downside is that you have to make sure the kids know not to touch it because it gets pretty hot everywhere except for the small black handle. We haven't had a problem with anyone getting burned though.
family convenience
The product is very convenient for a family. There is no waiting while other
waf
fles are cooking and no need to keep
waffle
s warm.
great, just one small problem...
This is great because it makes six at a time, you can control the degree of crispness, but there's one thing you need to watch. If you put in even a little too much batter, it will spill out the front onto the control knob, which is annoying to have to clean. I'd rather have
waf
fles that slope down on the edges due to less batter than to clean the front! Once you're all done, let it cool off a bit and put some damp, flattened paper towels inside & close the lid. Open it a few minutes later, and all you have to do is wipe it off and it's good to go for next time.

By George I've got it!
All of you who are frustrated with the batter running down the front and covering the control with batter, listen up: Pour your batter in the middle and before you close the lid, wait a minute to make sure the batter hardens just a bit and does not run. Then close the lid and forget it until you hear the alarm letting you know your
waf
fles are ready. For the softest and yummiest
waffle
s add two heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese to the batter. And don't forget the blueberries!
WONDERFUL WAFFLES
I definately reccomend this
waf
fle maker to one and all! Once I worked out the kinks... it works wonderfully. Make sure to season the griddle extrememly well. I mean extremely well. (I poured vegetable oil in the griddles and let it set overnight) I learned the hard way... I only used pam spray, and that didn't work so well. The first batch stuck like crazy... and what a *itch that was to clean. It took forever to get all of the cooked
waffle
out of the crevices. So oil it well and you should no problems what so ever! For this model you need to make a double batch of waffle mix to fill with the 2 cups necessary.
So enjoy!!!
