It flat out works

After having read Pain Free, I went to the clinic in Del Mar and worked with Pete and his staff. This method flat out works. This book will be very helpful to those doing the e-sizes on their own. It includes a lot of information to help you self-diagnose yourself and construct menus of e-cizes to help you start feeling better fast.

Re the two negative reviews here, a couple comments. First, when constructing a menu now, static back should only last about 5 minutes. Supine groin stretch is, on average 10 minutes a leg, not 45. Now if your groin muscles are so locked up that this doesn't do it for you, you may need to increase that time to break through, but only for a short time. Does doing menus take time? Yes, it does. My average menus are 45-60 minutes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Re the clinic not providing free help, there is nothing they can safely do over the phone without having already seen you. To provide a menu 'cold' like that could harm instead of help. Once they've seen you and worked with you they are excellent and responding via phone and have given me plenty of free advice. They need SOMETHING to use for diagnostic purposes.

Anyone who thinks light stretching does what this method does clearly doesn't understand the method.

Learn How to Fix Your Body so It Works as It Should !!!

I love this book - I have given away many copies of this book.
The back exercises in this book help me to be able to straighten up & to walk after I have a spasm & prevent further problems.
Doing the exercises regularly gives the most benefit. My right foot pointed out since childhood, but by doing the exercises it now points ahead like it should. I now longer walk on the side of my feet, or have rounded shoulders. No question the exercises take time, but you don't have to do them forever. Plus, you'll learn how to tell when you need to resume his exercises. Even 2-3x/week will benefit you.

Fixed Severe Shoulder Problems

I woke up one morning with severe and debilitating pain in both shoulders. I could not raise either arm above my waist, nor reach around my back. I was seeing a chiropractor specializing in sports medicine for help. Adjustments and physical therapy exercises were not helping and my chiropracter said I would need to see an orthopedic surgeon. A friend gave me a copy of this book, and after doing the recommended exercises, I got immediate relief from pain. After less than three weeks, I regained full mobility in both shoulders. Anyone who has experienced the pain I was having would gladly spend more than two hours a day to fix a problem like that in such a short period of time, without having to experience the cost of surgery and recuperation. This book should be required reading for kids as soon as they can read as well as senior citizens.
