get this for the girl that wants fresh everything

I got this product and the (Cuisinart ICE-20 1-1/2-Quart Automatic Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, and Sorbet Maker) for my girlfriend as one of her Christmas gifts and she loved the ice cream maker and this cook book, she was going all through it the first day figuring out which ones she wanted to make first.

I gave it as a gift, with the Kitchen Aid Ice Cream Maker Attachment, skimmed thru the recipes, they "read" delicious. Bet my grandchildren will love them.

This book has a lot of great recipes. If you are want some recipes to make ice cream with your home ice cream maker this is a great book for it. It offers a great background on Ben and Jerry and a lot of tips on serving and such. Easy enough for a beginner but great for someone who just wants some great new recipes.
