Women at Work
While this book was extremely informative about the changing textile industry in the mid-nineteenth century, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for interesting reading. Dublin was very precise in his statistical information regarding the make-up of the industry and those involved and was clearly well informed on the topic. So overall, I would recommend it to textile fanatics, only they would find the book entertaining.
