Outstanding Book

This book has everything -- entertaining story, illustrative examples, demonstrations of implementation techniques -- and a fantastic discussion guide. We use it continually and learn more all the time. It is a great sequel to the first book -- builds on it while being valuable on its own merits. Our company has many global competitors, but we are winning the battle with high quality and excellent service, using this book.

Not so good

This book was not even close to being as good as the first book. There were some good points, but you might as well flip to the back and use the notecards that Joe made. It seemed like they spent more time carrying out the Joe saga than about writing on Quality.
