The "BusinessWeek" bestseller, now in paperback. "
Pour
Your
Heart
Into
It" tells the story of
how
small-
company
values, passion, and integrity turned six local coffee stories into the
Starbucks
chain.--"Fortune".
inspiring book
I read many
company
books. This is
one
of the gems.
How
ard did a fantastic job in writing the history of
Starbucks
, its root, its spirit, and its amazing achievement.
There have been many coffee vendors. Starbucks sprinted from the pack. It actually revolutionized the coffee industry. While the business world has been looking for the next new hi-tech inventions, Howard creatively rejuvenated the coffee drinks by relentlessly pursuing the quality the culture and the experience. He did the mission-impossible in such a traditional industry. After reading this book, you will never look at Starbucks the same way. Yes, you realize that passion and quality can make a huge difference in this crowded world.

I found this book extremely interesting from a business perspective. Would recommend this book to any
one
who is starting a business or has an interest in finance. Very inspirational
Fascinating Story- Great Advice
I highly recommend this book to all new entrepreneurs and those interested in learning
how
successful companies are formed. I also know there are alot of people out there who hate
Starbucks
simply because it exists and succeeded- I challenge you to read this book. The business was created from the ground up by passion and perseverence, and it deserved to succeed, and I hope it continues to succeed for a very long
time

Inside Story About The Rise Of The Starbucks Coffee Chain
I really enjoyed reading this interesting book, written by
How
ard Schultz, who led
Starbucks
from a sleepy Pacific Northwest chain
into
a worldwide phenomenon.
Schultz's book is about more than just a
cup
of coffee; he writes about having a dream and staying with it, making personal life choices that seem nutty to every
one
else - such as quitting a secure job to go work for Starbucks.
I highly recommend this book for business majors and anyone who is thinking about starting their own small business.
