This book is a continuation from his first one, which was also very informative. He includes many recipes, which are easy and good, and a menu for a 2 week period to get you going. I recommend this book for anyone trying to lose weight in a practical way.

This is not a diet it is a way to live a healthy life
I love this book. It clearly gives you what is bad to eat (red light) and good to eat (green light). I have shed about 10 lbs so far. This

GI diet- living it
I enjoy the recipes in this book very much. They are simple to prepare and rely a lot on herbs and lower fat items such as broth to enhance flavor. I have followed the
diet
now for a couple months and have been fairly consistent. While I have lost a few pounds the most noticeable change is in my mood and lack of cravings I had around my menstrual cycle. No more junk food- I love it!
