Spiritual wisdom for the soul

I really like this book and find that it is much more complex and interesting than I thought it would be.

Despite this, I would have to warn those who are afraid of New Age or the Metaphysical -- if you don't like these subjects, I would not recommend this book. Born-again Christians and fundamentalists probably would not like this book either. People with extremely negative outlooks, as well as atheists, probably would not enjoy this book either. It's sad to say, but all people with the tendency to be close-minded and who have already formed their opinion about anything and everything, would probably not like this book.

For those who consider themselves spiritual and not religious, this book will most likely be one that you consider an important addition to the classics of your library. I would highly recommend this book to those who are seeking ways in which to elevate and heal the self and soul.

Very Informative

I found this book very informative, heart touching and readable. The information provided in this book resonated with me on a deep level. You have to experience the wisdom to know it is true. The wisdom offers practical applications in the form of spiritual solutions to our approach to challenges in daily living. The solutions create more peace and optimism in life.

As a "newbie" this wasn't the book for me

Soul Wisdom by Dr. Zhi Gang Sha is a powerful book, complete with a soul song sample cd to promote healing. I'm definitely a newbie to things he discusses and I'll admit it isn't something that I will fully incorporate into my life.

Dr. Zhi Gang Sha claims the Divine came to him twice in 2003 and that the Divine has placed a permanent blessing on certain paragraphs in this book. He calls these "Divine Downloads." He feels soul communication is more important than ever since we have entered into a new era called the soul light era.

He discusses soul language including the benefits, uses, significance and how to bring it out. He also talks about soul movement and soul tapping. All of these are meant to promote healing, prevent illness, and rejuvanate the soul and party. The book is a step towards total soul communication encouraging the reader to relax and chant to open the mind.

I didn't enjoy reading this book, because I couldn't get past the feeling that the basis of the book, with the divine downloads, wasn't true. At least it's not something that I believe in. So while some of the chants and basic ideas made sense to me, this isn't something that I would read again or incorporate into my daily life.
