A WONDERFUL RESOURCE OF PROFESSIONALISM
This book provided detailed professional information on
sewing
techniques for creating tailored men's shirts. This book showed you how to alter patterns, create your own pattern OR copy one of your own shirts.
Very infomative. Be prepared to elevate your sewing knowlegde. This book uses "plain talk". It can be read by beginning sewers and advanced sewers.
I recommend purchasing the accomanying video for visual education.
What a find!
I love this book. It's easy to understand, which is no small feat since "
sewing
directions" are often a bit oblique. And best of all, it's written by a guy who started sewing later in life as I have so his approach is mature, methodical and invested with fun. His guides to creating a custom pattern and fitting have given me the tips and details I've been looking for all in one reference source. A+++
