Where is my cabinet?

I ordered a single sink base cabinet that would go into my basement for a bar sink. It's been over a month and finally this item showed it was shipped. However it got to my local UPS center and went back to the manufacturer at their request. I have not been given a reason why it was returned or if I will ever get my cabinet. I was planning to use this as a test for future cabinets but they have failed.
